Mozarrella and Prosciutto del Poggio Foccacia
Melted mozzarella, combined with our Prosciutto Del Poggio on toasted foccacia with some Tracklements Sticky Fig Relish. The perfect weekday lunch

Ingredients:

- 1 pack unearthed® Prosciutto Del Poggio
- Foccacia roll
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Tracklements Sticky Fig Relish
- 75g Mozzarella ball, sliced
Method:
- Cut your focaccia in half and place on a baking tray
- Drizzle with the olive oil and grill for 2 mins or until lighly golden
- Remove from the heat and place on your mozzarella slices
- Pop back under the grill for a further 2 mins or until the cheese has melted
- Dollop on the Sticky Fig Relish and lay over the Prosciutto Del Poggio
- Enjoy with a side salad and some crisps
Tom's top tip: Remove the prosciutto from the fridge 30 mins before serving, to enable easier separation of the slices
