Method:

  1. Cook the french fries according to instructions
  2. Prepare the Ibérico Pressa as per the cooking instructions
  3. Wash the leaves and arrange on a plate/platter
  4. Once the fries are cooked and hte pressa has rested, add to the platter
  5. Finish with a pot of aioli
