Cooking Instructions:

Can be eaten hot or cold.

Microwave (800w): pierce film, cook for 5 mins on full power and leave to stand for 1 min.

Fry: remove all packaging and cook with a little olive oil in a non-stick pan over a moderate heat for 3-4 mins on either side.
