Rillettes with Crusty Bread

Very simple, simply French – rillettes smothered on crusty bread. A quick, simple snack.

  • 1 pot of unearthed® Pork Rillettes
  • 1 French baguette
  • Butter (optional)
  • Red wine (optional)


  1. Take the Rillettes out of the fridge about 30 minutes prior to eating
  2. Slice your French bread
  3. Once the Rillette has softened, either spoon straight from the pot, or decant into a ramekin or small dish
  4. Spoon generously onto the fresh bread
  5. If you’re feeling decadent, add a glass of red wine
  6. Enjoy!!
